WTH is wrong with these guy’s installer?

Purchased the app.
Followed instructions for installation.
Upon “installation” it asked for my Instagram user/pw.
Instagram opened.
Clicked on the upload button at the bottom, Insta App opens, and asks me to “purchase the Pro version” or “restore old version”.
Already purchased, but figured Apple should recognize the prior purchase (the little icon under Insta App in the App store said: “Open”.
NOPE! Gotta add my Apple creds again to make the purchase. App Store still says “Open”
I hit “Open”…instagram closes and re-opens…and the entire loop repeats itself.
So I repeat the ENTIRE process. Input my apple creds, at which time, Instagram opened again…same process.
CANNOT get the app to actually function - even though I’ve purchase it 2x now.
What a joke!
