it’s $4.99 not free

I was able to upload the first photo as a test, then it says I need to buy pro version, which is $4.99.
I have no problem paying for the service but I want to make sure if it supports uploading GIF or PNG and video files
Anone who purchased pro version can give me the answer? If not I have no reason to purchase.
